Spacious room but it’s stinking the carpet we’re dusty , dirty of lobby and corridor area , mosquitoes in room , bathroom fitting were not maintained rusted.

Not a very good experience, booked it through Hotels.com, but when reached hotel, they had no intimation about it. The terms ad conditions mentioned on hotels.com, prior to booking said free shuttle from Airport to Hotel, after booking it said available on payment of Rs 500.00. No shuttle was provided, obviously because hotel had no intimation about the booking. Overall a bad experience, enough of hotels.com.

A pleasant stay

The stay was comfortable. Room was well organised with fully functioning equipment like coffee maker, TV, etc. Shaving kit and slippers were provided on request.

Good hotel, at a good price.

Thanks to Expedia, got the room at a very reasonable rate. Was a bit expensive when contacted the hotel directly. Please note that in the Expedia package, the hotel doesn't provide the pickup and drop facilities. Hotel is grand, etc. My room didn't have the bathroom slippers . Also the wooden door and the ceilings of the bathroom were a bit decayed. Overall stay was good

Big Wedding Venue, so be prepared for loud music

Music was too loud and despite having booked 3 months in advance ; we were given rooms facing the marriage grounds. Dumb marriage guests kept disturbing by ringing doorbell and then saying sorry. Smart Reservation Department would have given us rooms in a wing at the other end and preferably on a different floor. On positive note, Restaurant dinner despite the big wedding was excellent. We had an early morning flight and they managed a full buffet breakfast at 6:30Am. 5 stars to F&B.
