The movie room kept the teenagers happily gaming away and the pool kept the little ones cool. We enjoyed meals on the patio and a well stocked kitchen with excellent air conditioning in every room. "Très bien situé, personnel courtois et efficace. Stationnement hors de la Cité et transport des valises bien rodé. Excellent déjeuner fait avec des produits maison. Air climatisé très utile en cette période de canicule. Bain malpropre; une anomalie vu le standard de l’hôtel. Très peu de pression dans la pomme de douche. Globalement satisfaisant."

"Property is located in a restricted zone but desk person assisted us and even parked the car in the private lot for us. Room was large, clean, and had a view of the street. Breakfast was very nice and you could sit in the private garden. Would recommend it unless you can’t climb stairs. (No elevator)"

"The hotel suited our visit to Carcassonne perfectly... The staff were very friendly and helpful, The room although small had all the amenities you'd expect and was very clean and modern. The pool was great fir a cooling dip and the bar offered a good range of drinks. The only disappointing note was a lack of bar snacks but there is a little shop next door where you can buy nuts and crisps etc.. Situated 5 minutes walk from the ancient Cité and about 20 minutes from the newer town.... Overall quite an enjoyable experience."
