"My stay was unfortunately not up to expectations. Cleanliness was a major concern — I found leftover cigarette butts on the balcony, and the toilet bowl had visible dirt/staining inside. The room corners and edges also had noticeable dust and dirt, which made the overall hygiene feel below standard.
Communication and service at the front desk were also disappointing. The staff responses felt very rigid and unhelpful. They were not willing to assist with an early breakfast at 7 AM or allow even a one-hour late checkout.
Although they provided a packed breakfast, it only included one sandwich, an apple, and a banana, which felt quite minimal and not equivalent to a proper breakfast.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness and customer service. I hope the management takes steps to improve these areas."
