The bathroom was not clean - I washed the mirror myself and the shower was not clean in the corners - in 3 days/nights we never received fresh towels/washcloths - we actually liked our stay at the Airport Holiday Inn Express in Buffalo the night before for $122.00 - they provided airport shuttle both ways, parking was free for 4 nights and when we returned they had even brushed the snow off our car - take a lesson

I loved the staff and their dedication to friendliness and great hospitality. The hotel was within an easily walkable distance to NC State, shops, groceries, restaurants and entertainment. The hotel had a modern look with superb views.

We've stayed here before. The location is perfect for us. Nice of you of the clock tower close to everything. Great little coffee shop downstairs staff was great. We bring our dog absolutely no problem whatsoever. Plenty of places to walk. I'm not complaining but I must say the TV remote had to be the hardest I've ever used. Me or my wife could figure it out. Other than that, loved it
