I was in town for my son's graduation and found this hotel to be convenient to the UNC campus and at a more reasonable price than properties next to the campus. This hotel is a straight shot down to Franklin Street.

This hotel has been great for us in the last two years that we've visited for the Dreamville Festival in Raleigh! It's very affordable and not too far from the park. The air quality in the room was a little uncomfortable this year. It was very stuffy and hard to breathe in our room.

Great service/room.

Great service from the get go. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Everything worked, the fridge, microwave, both tvs etc. There were a lot of stuff to choose from for breakfast and it was pretty tasty and hot. I will definitely be going back in the future when we go to games. It is also close to the Dean Center for games.
