Did not know hotel charged for parking. Killed roaches in my room two nights in a row, when asked to move rooms hotel staff stated there was no guarantee that the other room would not have cockroaches.

They overbooked the property and did not have a room for us. They did transfer us to another hotel. However, it was a two night reservation and they wanted us to pack up and return the following day. Fortunately, the manager at the Carborro location was incredibly helpful and allowed us to stay there both nights without having to move.

Check in took over 20 minutes and it was an hour after the regular check in time. A computer was down, which I get, but the women in the front could be more professional. One kept complaining how her replacement hasn't arrived yet, when a line was standing in front of her. Breakfast was inedible.
