Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath one-story cul de sac home in Northeast Raleigh! Can sleep up to 7 people. Open concept home, new floors, fully-stocked kitchen, living and dining area. Relax on the patio or in the fully fenced in backyard. Just 2 small steps on the front porch, then enjoy the ease of a one-story stay!

Conveniently located within 4 miles of downtown Raleigh, and near Coastal Credit Union Music Park, NC State and Meredith College. Walking distance to The Crabtree Creek Greenway.

Bedroom #1: King size bed, plenty of closet space. Bathroom #1 is attached with double sink vanity and tile shower

Bedroom #2: Queen sized bed, with extra storage room

Bedroom #3: Bunk bed – twin sized bed on top and full-sized bed on the bottom. Room also has a desk providing a dedicated work space

Bathroom #2: Full bathroom at the end of the hall, with a tub and shower

They have multiple locations with pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Durham and Chapel Hill.

Unfortunate
Pros: It was cute. Neighborhood was safe/comfortable/quiet. Conts: I have used VRBO for 15+ years, but never had to contact for issue. We booked house for 1 weekend. Notified owner + VRBO Friday@6pm, air conditioning broken. It was 85 degrees in North Carolina. We never got air, but the back/forth, long hold times with VRBO (who refused to escalate after many calls), delay with response...made it worse. We spent almost $1000 and were refunded $273. 1 bathroom was dirty. Maintenance arrived and tried to fix, but was supposed to return by 1pm Saturday, and did not. I understand things happen, but owner was unresponsive at times AND should have had maintenance purchase 2-3 more fans to take the edge off the heat. We were a full house.

Thanksgiving stay
The cleanliness and communication for check-in were great. The neighborhood isn’t bad - we enjoyed the walking/running trail, but the surrounding area within a few blocks is not great. The king bed was super comfortable. The sofa is awful - tiny and uncomfortable. It needs replaced! For a house that accommodates 7 people, the couch uncomfortably barely seated 3 and there was no other living room furniture. We had to go buy a $15 wine key from a convenience store on Thanksgiving because there wasn’t one (as listed.) Overall, it wasn’t a bad place to stay but seemed overpriced.
