Great location and accommodations
My husband and I rented this house for a month. It was conveniently located in a safe part of town. We loved grabbing coffee at The Optimist and walking around the neighborhood. There are lots of other great spots nearby that are easily walkable, which was a priority for us. The house itself was well appointed and we had almost everything we needed to make the whole month comfortable. The hosts were helpful and communicative. We would totally stay here again in the future.

I can’t say enough about how nice our stay here was, from the neighborhood, to local eats, condition of the place and access to everything downtown Raleigh. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and will absolutely we staying here again!

Clean and cute in a nice part of town
I stayed here two nights with my family and we had such a nice stay. Comfortable bed, beautiful sheets, and nice bathroom and kitchen. Overall everything was excellent. We live in the East Mordecai Neighborhood and used the house for our overflow of out of town guests. The property was close to everything in downtown Raleigh, clean and well supplied. Would and will rent again.

We came to Raleigh to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday on the 30th of April. It was an incredible couple days of non stop celebration throughout Raleigh. This home was the perfect experience for our family, the 3 bedrooms, the location, the cleanliness of the home and the accommodations were outstanding. Definitely will be our go to for future visits.
