Wonderful location near NC State, Village District, groceries, and so many restaurants. Condo had everything we needed and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. Owner easy to communicate with.

A very merry Christmas

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Property is just as pictured and in an amazing location. Super clean and looks to be newly remodeled. The host was very kind, gracious, and communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Superb Location

We came to Raleigh with an agenda of things we wanted to do and we were surprised how this house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The house was super clean and nicely appointed. The beds had excellent mattresses and we slept like we were home. Would definitely stay here again!

A great get away close to it all

The property is ideal if you want to visit NC State campus and downtown Raleigh. Great location to shops and restaurants in the Village District. A quick ride from I-40 to the property. Neighborhood was quiet and property was cozy. Had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Quiet location in nice neighborhood

Very relaxing visit to beautiful, clean, quiet property in a great location. Easy access to main roads and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would have been nice to have extra parking closer.

Great Location

The townhome was exactly as described and more you can tell that the place was recently renovated, and the layout flows nicely. It is century located to NC State University, which was the reason for our visit but also close to the village district shopping area as well as any grocery stores and restaurants you would want. Owner was very responsive to any questions and needs and was very timely with his responses. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Raleigh Getaway

This townhome was perfect for our trip to Raleigh. We walked to the Village, shopped and ate at nearby restaurants. It was close to PNC Arena where we attended a hockey game. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed.
