Parents weekend 9/2024

The property is located in a short street and has a steep driveway that can only hold one car. Downstairs is kitchen, half bath, dining, and den. Kitchen was disappointing with only 5 forks, no spices (including salt), no bottle opener, and limited cooking supplies. We purchased a bottle opener and left it. Downstairs has a pool table, but only one cue stick had a tip and no chalk. Outside there is a fire pit with six chairs, but the ground was littered with empty cans on the ground from previous renters. Upstairs has the master, laundry, and two bedrooms. All “fine”. Beds very firm. Towels limited to 6. Moved a bedside table in the master and found 20-30 pink pills. Door lock is battery powered and it ran out of batteries while we were there. We replaced the batteries and the owner was helpful to get us back in the house. Lots of options in the area. Won’t stay here again.
