Across the street are local favorites Transfer Food Hall and Burial Beer Taproom. A short stroll and you're in the middle of downtown’s buzzing food scene, lively bars, galleries, boutiques, and museums.

Inside, the space is bright and thoughtfully designed with a lofted nook and a well-equipped kitchenette.

This is a new modern house with several apartments. Enter through the front door and this apartment is upstairs on the left.

There is a large yard in the back and pets are always welcome!
