"The house was beautiful, clean, and beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked and close to grocery stores, restaurants , and shopping. The only major disappointment is the listing stated this was a beach front property and there is a false picture leading you to believe there is a beach available to you with this property. This is absolutely false! There are nothing but rocks and water throughout the entire day. Very misleading and incredibly disappointing for the kids."

"We loved out stay and would highly recommend to other travelers - we plan to be back ourselves! I will list the big pros and a few minor 'cons' for those of you thinking about a beach-side stay!Pros:Almost everything. A beautiful brightly lit space. The Wolf oven was awesome. They even have a very accessible Dyson vacuum that made it easy to keep the floors sand-free. Off-street dedicated parking was a life-saver. And even in the furthest bedroom from the beach-side, you could still hear the waves at night. Absolutely delicious. The showers were great - awesome water pressure and heat. The beds were fantastic. Super comfortable mattresses and wonderful linens. The robo-toilet in the master bath was fun! A few little cons:The main thing was the cleaning. Although it was clear that the whole condo had been cleaned, there were empty soda bottles under the bed in the master bedroom, the countertop in the master bath hadn't been cleaned and there was just a ton of sand in the washer and dryer that we had to clean up before we used them. Second the couch and dining room chairs likely need to be replaced. They have a lot of stains and sink when you sit on them. Lastly It would be great to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms as the lights from neighbors are quite bright.These things were minor and we still had an amazing time. It's a very special space and made for great memories!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely book it again. The location is fantastic—an easy walk to Pepperdine, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The condo was spotless and impeccably maintained. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful amenities. It was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The owner has taken great pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable space, and it really shows. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Malibu area, especially if you’re spending time at Pepperdine."
