- Breathtaking view, 100 meters from sandy beaches and coves to which you can easily walk, down a set of stony steps, with no road to cross, which is safe for children.
- Comfortable house, built in the architecture of the 60s and entirely renovated. ( air-conditioned)
- 15 kms from Saint Tropez.
- A living-room and its wide terrasse facing the sea with large bay windows allowing to enjoy the amazing view.
- A well-equipped kitchen open to the living-room.
- A Small laundry / pantry / storage room with washing machine and deep-freezer.
- 4 bedrooms , all airconditioned:
>> Chambre #1: called "Cap Camarat". En suite. Facing the sea. Kingsize bed (1, 60 m wide). Wardrobe and shelves. Bathroom : shower, toilet , sink, electric towel dryer radiator.
>> Chambre #2 : called "Cap Taillat". En suite. Facing the sea. Kingsize bed (1, 60 m wide). Wardrobe and shelves. Bathroom : shower, toilet , sink, electric towel dryer radiator.
>> Chambre # 3: called "Cap Camarat". Double bed ( 1,40 m wide). Shelves. Bay window opening to a private paved terrasse ( + its outdoor shower) with a view on the sea.
>> Chambre #4 : called "Roche Escudelier". Bedroom with a kingsize bed (composed of 2 beds- 0,80m each-) for 2 people and / or a dorm for children ( up to 4 ) with bunkbeds.
- Common bathroom for room 3 and 4 : Shower. Sink and shelves. Electric towel dryer.
- Common toilet.

- 2 parking spots: easy access. An additional one in the alley.

- Should you need it , there is a launching zone in L'Esclat harbour to put a boat in the water.

To be noted : a few "Must do" in the house.
>> Everyone MUST use the outdoor shower when coming back from the beach ( to rinse and thus : avoid sand and salt in the drains of the indoor showers)
>> Air-conditioning splits in every room MUST all be set on " cold". ( there can Not be one set on "cold" and another one on " heat")
>> Everyone MUST inform the owner as soon as they notice any damage or problem of any kind.

Sporting activities in l'Escalet.
- Several activities are available for free at " le club sportif de l'Escalet": kayaking, paddling, tennis, sailing..
- However : Tennis , diving, sailing lessons are registered paying activities.
Booking is required, simply giving the name of the owner.
( For information: tennis and diving = all year round, others only in July and August).

Nous avons été séduit par cette maison avec une vue fantastique sur le Cap Taillat , la douceur des lieux , le calme , aucun vis à vis , la proximité de la plage et du sentier pédestre ( 200 m) , bref un havre de paix… la maison est pourvu de tout le confort nécessaire!Hâte de revenir passer un séjour plus long…Pierre a été un hôte formidable , attentionné, réactif. Merci pour votre gentillesse!Je recommande cette maison à tous ceux qui veulent profiter de la région de St Tropez mais un peu à l’écart du tumulte et surtout pour profiter de ce magnifique lieu plus sauvage.Christophe

Très belle location vue mer

Belle location agréable et rénovée . Une vue sur le cap Taillat magnifique depuis la terrasse et les chambres .La maison ne manque de rien , il y en a même plus qu’il n’en faut ! Nous remercions aussi le propriétaire très sympathique et accessible et sans aucun doute nous recommandons à 100 % cette location si vous recherchez un endroit paisible et tranquille .
