"The Fantastic Hotel was unlike any hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the Plus side: the taxi ride from the airport cost $ 25 USD. The gentleman working the front desk was exceptionally pleasant in English, French and Spanish. I got to meet his wife and kids and they were all very nice. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, the pool was very clean and refreshing. The elevator was very fast and quiet – my room # 305 was quite small, but adequate, with a queen-size bed, table with 2 chairs, small...

"Simpson Bay Resort is truly wonderful. The staff is warm and friendly. The view is spectacular and to top it off you can walk to many casinos and eateries. Now on the down side, I DO NOT recommend you eat dinner at Ka Patrona. Their breakfast is good but dinner is a bust! The food was tasteless and unappealing. How can you mess up spaghetti with garlic and oil? Other than that, I highly recommend Simpson Bay Resort."

"Very clean and staff was excellent. This place is way off all of the tourist attractions so you need a car."

"Some of the staff were nice and others not so nice. The room wasn’t ready on arrival. We had to ask for towels every night because housekeeping didn’t leave a full set for the two guests. The elevator stopped working, so we had to carry our luggage down three flights of stairs."

"Beautiful property, quiet and well kept. Only downfall is location is on the French side of the island and without a car things get very expensive getting taxis to and from things to do. If planning to stay at this resort please know it’s on the French side which means it’s not close to the popular tourists attractions. Otherwise decent resort."

"Check out is at 11am, so I request ONE hour to go direct to the airport and they can't, in MOST of the hotels the standard C/O is 12m. Clean but not well kept. The attention is the worse part, I strongly recommend to teach about how care the guests."
