"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "The room was spotless, roomy, and supplied with updated features. Large flatscreen, plenty of USBs, touch controls, etc. Breakfast was well done with plenty of variety. Coffee machines offered any kind you’d want. Staff was exceptional!!! Especially Alicia, who went well beyond expected actions to assist us in changing plans and ensuring complications were eliminated."
