"Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Ao chegar fomos muito bem recebidos pela Eva que nos apresentou a casa, que estava muito limpa e bem apresentável. Uma nota de agradecimento pelo cuidado ao preparar o quarto para a bebê e para o nosso filho mais velho, que ficou muito contente por dormir no mesmo quarto em vez de no andar de cima. "Check in was woeful!!!! Bar& kitchen staff were very helpful but remote check-in management did not work (unlike some other hotels that seem to know how to manage Wotif bookings). It took well over an hour to get the entry codes. And then thebroom heating did not work - and remote management could not get anyone to fix it (being a Sunday is no excuse). At leadt the shower was hot - we hadnt get warm somehow. I've been more comfortable camping!!"
