"We appreciate the check-in procedure with one of your great staff named Aronze. She made the check-in procedure convenient. We did not avail ourselves of having our rooms cleaned for the three days we stayed. However, we did ask for additional towels and paper cups which a maintenance person cleaning other rooms graciously gave us. Regarding the safe box in the room - it doesnt work (it kept indicating/flashing CLOSED). I know I could have asked for it to be fixed but we are busy/on a schedule and dont have the time to wait for a repair person. We like the convenient location of the hotel to nearby restaurants, bakeries, and shops. This is why I chose this particular Marriott. Thank you for asking our opinion regarding our Marriott stay. "

"Very Kid friendly with the recreation center for kids being their highlight. The pools were clean and very nice. Love coming back. We will be back in March, but only if we get assigned the requested 2 villas adjacent to each other, like Nocturene, #307-308, or Bewitched. We have a grandchild with CP, and we would appreciate the respectful allocation of those two Villas for our March 2026 return visit. "
