"Check in was smooth, the staff were super nice! Rooms were clean and stocked, loved the variety of types of pillows! The breakfast was delicious and filled us up nicely! Unfortunately our room phone rang 5 times during the night while trying to sleep, this was very frustrating, also the hot tub was completely shut down "

"We arrived very late Thursday night due to a house plumbing problem and wanted someplace close to our home. I had booked online ahead of time, but our reservation showed for the next day for some reason. Mo, the front office clerk, took the time to call Expedia for us. After some time on the phone, at least 30 minutes or more, he was able to work with them to change our reservation for the same day. We really appreciate Mo's hospitality and willingness to help us.
