"We spoke to the property owner one week prior, and asked about early check in, since 4pm was too close to the onset of Shabbos. He said we could check in at 11am. We arrived at 12pm. When we got there, we were told 'he's sorry, but the apartment is no longer available'. Keep in mind that we landed from the US that morning, and we are a family with 5 children. "We had a perfect time at the apartment. Very clean. Well located. All amenities necessary. Just know that bedrooms have no windows but a small see-thru glass piece on the ceiling. That did not bother us for a short stay. The apartment sleeps 6. One full bathroom. We enjoyed it very much "

"Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. Parking available on the property, which made it convenient for unloading of luggage and groceries. Anat the owner is a wonderful person. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"I did not have a change to stay but they did understand it was out my hands and they gave me a voucher for 2 years. They didn’t have to but they went above and beyond and I will definitely stay in this place in the future and for more days. I book another place in Jerusalem and they didn’t want to give me a voucher, they didn’t even want to consider a voucher or change of dates. So I do recommend this place to anyone. "
