"I added this hotel at the last minute and I was glad I did! Where some hotels you must check in by 6p, Der Reschenhof allowed checking in as late as 11p. Made a huge difference to my plans and the hotel was wonderful! Polite staff, quick check in, great room, free parking, and breakfast was included. Would come back again!"

"Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Host quick to answer messages before our stay and requests while we were there. Easy access to supermarkets, and to public transport, linking with wonderful network of cable cars. Glorious area with lots of scope for hiking and plenty of fun and creatively presented facilities for children."

"Just unpleasant. No one at reception for 10mins, so went to find someone. No reservation, blamed Expedia. Gave me old room with dirty balcony that adjoined another room and the people came out and looked in my room as I was in bed. Tourist bus of people ate everything at breakfast and nothing much replenished - no pastries. Bike room left open by someone, so no security. Happy to leave."
