Chalet "Modern Life". 3 apartments in the property. Above Ramsau, in the district of Bichl 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1.9 km from the centre of Ramsau, on a slope. For shared use: property 550 m2. Terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room, in winter, use of sauna is included, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Bichl Wischberg" 88 m, railway station "Bichl Bahnhaltestelle" 1.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Sauna towels and bathrobes are not on site.

Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with shower and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, shower and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Heating. Parquet floors. Balcony 25 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. From 11/25/2023 there will be no more bunk beds. Only 2x bed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Sauna ist in den Wintermonaten im Preis mitinbegriffen und problemlos online vorher für 1 1/2 h in einem bestimmten Zeitfenster ( z. B. 19 Uhr 30- 21 Uhr) anzumelden. Im Nachbargebäude. Wir waren zwei Paare mit 3 Teenagerkindern(15-17Jahre im Dreibettzimmer( Doppelstockbett +Einzelbett, Dusche und Waschbecken im Zimmer).Ein DZ mit eigener Dusche und Waschbecken, Toilette separat im Flur. Großes Schlafzimmer+ Schlafcouch(4 Pers. mögl.). Großes Bad gegenüber.

Urlaub Pur!

Von der ersten Minute haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der nette Kontakt im Vorfeld und der Empfang war ausgesprochen angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt, und es fehlte an nichts. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war Überwältigend und der perfekte Ort um den Tag Stimmungsvoll mit unseren Freunden ausklingen zu lassen. Der Essbereich und die Küche sind sehr Geräumig! Die Gestaltung der Zimmer war Toll, die Duschen in in den Zimmern modern und super gepflegt!

Hochwertige Ferienwohnung mit schönem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und Bäder ist sehr unterschiedlich - von sehr groß bis klein-kompakt. Der Ausblick ist gut - man blickt über die Dächer der gegenüberliegenden Häuser und Garagen auf das Tal und die Berge. Die Lage im Zillertal ist sehr gut - es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Gut für größere Gruppen ab 6 Personen.

Sehr schöne Panoramalage und schöne FeWo

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, schöne und großzügige Räume, tolle Terasse mit Sonne bis in die Abendstunden. Brötchenservice von Mo-Sa möglich. Ruhige Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist aber absolut empfehlenswert. Nach Mayrhofen rund 4KM, MPreis und Adeg Supermarkt etwas mehr als 2 KM entfernt. Tipp: Besuch des Braukunsthauses (Zillertaler Bierwelt) in Zell - toll inszeniert.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Super Wohnung mit Sauna, Sportraum und Skibus 20m neben der Haustüre. Supermarkt 5min mit dem Auto, nächstes Skigebiet Mayrhofner Bergbahnen mit dem Skibus oder Auto ca. 5-8 Min entfernt (Horbergbahn). Vermieter wohnen nebenan, Betreuung war super und alles verlief problemlos.
