"The staff was excellent and was extremely helpful. I will not go through Expedia anymore because they charged $50 more than the other room that we got when we arrived. The hotel was very clean. There should be a brief explanation on parking because it's very confusing on where to park when arriving because you need to go in first to get a room key in order to park in the hotel ramp. But, the hotel is in a great location. Went to Arlays bar/grill which is right around the corner and they shuttle you to different events which was extremely convenient. The only thing that needs improvement is the mattress on the pullout couches. They are horribly thin and uncomfortable, even for children."
