The staff really made the difference. Very Kind and helpful. Especially the front desk and the restaurant manager.

I think Stephanie, Alicia and Vanessa are outstanding!! Very professional and attentive. My one complaint is that some strange characters hang out near the entrance doors smoking, etc. Makes it feel unsafe at times. Otherwise I love staying there.

To be candid, I'd say everything was as I might expect and rely upon at a Hilton Garden Inn. The difference this time was the vivacious personality of the breakfast hostess, whose thoughtfulness makes this facility stand out - in a good way! - from others.

So much to love about this place! This was our first trip to see NYC and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay just outside of the city. Take the NJ 158 bus right on in to Times Square. The hotel was as advertised. I loved the layout and the comfort of the bed. By far the best thing about this property is the easy access into the city. The bus stop is a short walk (3 mins) from the entrance of the hotel. It’s a short 20 to 25 minute ride to the Port Authority and you’re in the heart of the action.
