Not only did the entire unit rank of cigarette/vape smoke, the cracked tile by the front door you tried to cover up with the dingy brown carpet injured one of our guests. She cut her foot on the jagged tile you failed to fix and ensure was safe for the rental. "My family and I had a fantastic stay! The house was even more beautiful and spacious than we expected, making it the perfect home base for our weekend trip to Mount Peter. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My parents live nearby in Warwick and this will definitely be my go-to VRBO recommendation for anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We were originally looking to stay in Manhattan but became too costly for our family of 5. This location was perfect! Just a short bus ride to manhattan and to the metro which is very quick to move about Manhattan. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe. We walked around the area often for dinner and shopping."

"Clean decent hotel. 5 minute walk to subway taking you to all the interesting points in downtown New York. Breakfast is decent n healthy, scrambled egg or boiled egg, there’s oranges and apples and pancake or pastry for choices. Took 167th to Fulton, Fulton to Howard-JFK then JFK air train for the airport. Staff is friendly n helpful. The only thing, dirty neighborhood. But I still felt safe. Would use again in the future due to reasonable price."
