"No lift to upper floor was a bit of a pain for us. It might put us off staying in the Brandon House again. ((We're senior citizens with multiple ailments). The only other complaint is that there was no "comfortable" chair in the room for reading, PC work etc. The straight back chairs provided were not comfortable, more like dining chairs. On the plus side, the food was excellent & the staff were most helpful & friendly. The decor was intriguing & grounds were so interesting. Just put in a lift! "

"Very nice Castle Hotel. The experience is worth the stay. Don’t plan a a good shower, this was an issue. Rooms could do with a little TLC. Even with the above, you won’t regret staying here"

"This property is picture perfect from the entrance to the comfortable beds! This church is on its own private property the only neighbor in sight are the head stones of history gone by. We also got to see a pair of foxes to top off the perfect relaxing stay! "
