"it was loud as my room was near hot tub toilet was clogged from the start. They attempted to fix but could not get it to flush correctly. most other bookings at other hotels i had this winter included breakfast. This did not. Your advertisement on line indicated that it was the full fee. However they charges $17 for parking in their lot. They did waive the fee when I checked out but it was waived because of the toilet problems. shower head seemed to have mildew on it."

"Place was great for us. Had the basics and in a good location. Pillows are pretty stiff. Bring your own! It was a bummer the pool closes at 9:00. Bring your own water. It definitely is horrible. We ended up not even using the shuttle and driving ourselves back and forth from the slopes. Ski lockers were rough. "

We found The shower valve in one bedroom was broken and has sharp edge from the crack. There was also a strong odor when we first checked in, possibly from cleaning products. Additionally, we found used dishes left in the dishwasher upon arrival. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience "
