Outstanding. Everything and all staff and waters all are outstanding. No words can describe my satisfaction. Probably the best sleep i got since a very long time in an organic heritage hotel very quiet and warm town. All TV and coffee bar are modern and clean and convenient. I really liked the biscuits made by the chief in the room with a cup of coffee ar 6:00 am overlooking a peaceful and historic 1600s downtown. The breakfast and English muffins mushrooms and eggs are fresh and made with...

The resort is absolutely gorgeous ! The staff were truly 5 stars. Harriet was especially delightful She made our lunch extra special with great recommendations. We really enjoyed her cheerful personality and found her to be very professional. Elliot at the Bar was fantastic and Jordan the night porter was super helpful. Absolutely loved this little place. Carla is an amazing host she welcomed us and showed us to the room. Very convenient location in the Woodbridge train station. And no the trains are very spread out and it’s about a 15 second vibration and there’s no trains after 11 so it’s very quiet till about 7 am. Breakfast is a full English or vegetarian and a few other choices. Very nice made for you and they save you a table every morning. I like it’s 9:00 not 7am like big hotels. Spotless room nice...

Salthouse Harbour Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent

I cannot say enough good things about this visit. We were exhausted from our trip and they just were amazing and made us feel great. This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. I wish I could have spent my entire trip there. It is modern in regard to the bathrooms, which I love!, they have air conditioning, everything is spotless,...

The Marquis

Ipswich

10/10 Excellent

The Marquis has just completed renovations, and while there were a few teething problems, the staff was wonderful. They could not have done more to make our stay wonderful. Special shout out to David, Ryann, Lucy, Emma, Kate, Annabelle, Carmin, and everyone else we came in contact with, all were wonderful. The spa and pool were not even mentioned as they just opened, the facility is one of the best we ever visited, again with the staff to match. We are looking forward to our next stay.
