OUTSTANDING!!

Wow. First time in Germany. What an amazing experience. Hotel Circle Inn is exceptional in all areas of care, customer service and especially cleanliness. The staff was on point always helpful and kind. We plan on coming back to Germany annually for sometime and will continue to place our stays at Hotel Circle Inn.

The hotel is very close to Ramstein. It was very convenient for visiting family. The property is very clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of storage to allow for unpacking. There is no ac, but the fans provided are helpful. The breakfast is great with plenty of options. There is juice and coffee every morning plus different food options including delicious pastries.

Overall I would agree 4 stars but for the price I

The good things were the bathroom was modern and very upscale, as were the towels and linens. The coffee machine at the front desk was very accessible and I had a lovely hot chocolate. The room was spacious as was the closet space and furniture was nicely laid out. I did not enjoy the bed I thought it needed a topper or memory foam but the bedding was very nice and luxurious. The shades were nice and I did not find I could turn the tv to be seen from the bed. The breakfast was fruit bread cheese and meats with cereal, yogurt, and a hard boiled egg. I thought waffles, pancakes, or omelets, fried eggs would have been a nice addition but that was not an option at this boutique hotel.

We were made to feel so welcome(and our two fur babies). The staff were so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Special shout out to Maria our very own dog whisperer. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. Parking was fab. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was huge, plenty of space for us and our two dogs, overall a perfect little place for all your needs. Thanks to all the staff for helping us out during our extended stay.
