"Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. "The hotel is at the city centre. So it’s so easy to get around (near to shopping malls, markets, attractions, restaurants; car rides are convenient). The plethora selection of breakfast menu is also excellent and well thought of. Room service is swift and efficient."
