Absolute gem if you need a great place to stay before flying out of ONT airport or in the area. Staff is incredible, fun lobby bar, and the bed is beyond comfortable with awesome linens.

Everyone was so friendly and kind, and the hotel was clean and organized. However, someone was playing LOUD music from 3:00 am to 8:00 am. I think it was coming from the apartments across the street. I called the front desk to call the police. However, the LOUD music ruined my stay.

Location of this hotel is perfect and we love the atmosphere and the staff is always really friendly. The hotel is looking a little bit rundown in the rooms. The bathroom has mold and mildew in the showers and wallpaper coming up. The window shade also had a hole. I think this hotel just needs a freshening up.

After a long day of my other hotel cancelling my stay due to electrical issues. I was rebooked to aLoft and they were amazing! It was a hot day and they would tell i was exhausted. I was able to check in early to rest and shower! The staff was amazing

I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by a young lady ( I can't recall her name) at the front desk who made check-in so smooth and welcoming. Traveling with my pet, I was touched by how kind and thoughtful she was — offering toys and accessories to make my little one feel right at home. She even took the time to show me exactly where the pet relief area was and how to re-enter the hotel afterward. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The room itself was clean, spacious, and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, I’d rate this hotel very highly for its outstanding service and pet-friendly hospitality.
