"We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at El Santuario! The location is breathtaking. We went Monday through Wednesday, so the resort itself was pretty empty. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! The room was clean, the view was gorgeous, and the bed was comfortable. We went to the Spa and felt total bliss. It was magical. For any non-Spanish speaking travelers who come here, it's important to know some basic Spanish because we only interacted with a few staff that spoke English. Overall, we would highly recommend El Santuario to anyone who is looking for a serene spot to relax and reset. Valle de Bravo, Mexico is a gorgeous area and while we didn't leave the resort, we would have absolutely loved to explore the little lake town. "

We were scrambling to find something that had 3 rooms available and hotel el arco was one of the only choices. We were disappointed to not be staying in Centro, but the hotel itself was very nice.
