INDOORS

The living room is a cozy haven, featuring ample seating and tasteful decor that reflects the natural beauty of the surrounding desert. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and contains all the essentials required to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or hosting a dinner party, this kitchen will inspire your inner chef. The home features a stacked washer and dryer. Additionally, the property offers a parking garage that can fit one vehicle and two in the driveway. Please note, the fireplace is for decor only.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

At the end of the day, retreat to the tranquil sleeping quarters. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, offering plush bedding and thoughtful details that ensure a restful night's sleep. The Main bedroom features a king bed, and a 50in. Smart TV, and spacious closet. The main bath includes dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and plenty of storage space. The Guest Room features a king bed located next to the hallway bath, which features a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.

This unit is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Mirage Cove, across from The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within 2.5 miles from the property. Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 2 miles away.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY

We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged family members at select properties! To help ensure a comfortable experience for all of our guests, neighbors, and homeowners, please review the following guidelines. An additional nonrefundable fee applies for pets. One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance. Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner. Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds. Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval. Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs. Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors. Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
