"We had a beautiful and romantic relaxing experience! The morning views of the hot air balloons and beautiful walk to the restaurant for breakfast, was just perfect!"

"The breakfast options are very poor. The Italian shoppe… breakfast options were not very well thought out. Some of the options are served in paper plates, and the egg and toast dishes are served on a plastic tray… and you have to eat them with plastic ware… they break very frequently, getting plastic remains in your food. Toast wasn’t toast, it wasn’t even forcacia bread.. very dense and doughy. Simple coffee choices , weren’t so simple . Not a good value for the price that was paid . Just very disappointing"

"This was a perfect escape for us. Quaint cottage with great amenities. Hot tub was lovely (turn it up when you arrive - great idea to keep it turned down til then!). Fire pit and easy directions with all the things you need (coffee, glassware, towels galore, and wonderful deck! Hosts were simply fabulous communicators and quick to help with everything! I would return - the location in heart of wine country is ideal. Private and cozy and unique!"

"Hotel is good. Could use a little updating. The room was spacious and very nice. The breakfast was average, nothing special but it came with the room. The wine tasting room seemed dark, It is on the lower level and not much natural light. It was a beautiful day when we went down there, after one glass, we wanted to leave and be outside. Overall, the hotel is ok, it was worth the $$. "

"The resort has surveillance cameras installed outside guest room doors that emit a bright flash at night. There are also cameras positioned overlooking the jacuzzi, pool, and rest areas. This setup was unexpected and made the environment feel uncomfortable, which affected our overall sense of privacy during the stay."

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. The grounds were beautiful. The couch cushion was torn with the foam exposed. The couch bed was opened to sleep on and there was no mattress pad and the mattress had stains and was torn. The mattress on the pull out bed was not functional for sleeping. This was reported to the staff. There were 3 of us and we had to make do with the sofa bed. The staff was very apologetic "
