"Amazing property with wonderful view of Lake Trasimino , 7 bedroom, 8 bathrooms, swimming pool, outside dining, great kitchen and several living rooms all with air conditioning. Shower gel annd tissues etc all provided. Adequately close to supermarkets. Sun beds were a bit tired/ broken."

All rooms are spacious and well equipped (good beds - lots of space to store your personal belongings) and have all their own bathroom. "The property is exactly advertised. The best feature is the view over the lake. Stunning sunsets - no need to find a restaurant. Just sit out on the balcony overlooking the lake and sip a glass of wine."

"Had a good time, check in wasn't done properly. But we believe that it was a coincidence and will not happen again. Anything else was nice. The road is a bit difficult to drive on. Would recommend a car with a bit ground clearance. We are coming back most definitely."

"Assisi is a magical place and this hotel helped by its charm, amenities, staff and location. Very reasonably priced and a nice breakfast buffet was included! Highly recommended!!"
