"Excellent small hotel - Very handy to city centre (behind main shopping street). Staff were excellent - shout out to Carlos for sorting us out with a quieter room as we were needing an early night before the Belfast marathon the next morning, which he organised for us. Mo on reception was also great and sorted us out with new batteries for the TV remote quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including tea& coffee. We parked in NCP Tannery Street, a few mins walk away and very secure. £8 for 24 hours. Only thing to be aware of is that it's right beside an Irish pub so it was noisy in the evening but it was quiet by midnight. Will definitely stay here again though! "

"Staff were lovely, room itself was poor. Bathroom had dreadful water pressure. Took 45+ mins to run a bath. Silicon seals were all very poor on the bathroom, broken tiles repaired with gobs of silicon sealant. No spoons for the tea or coffee, room very hot, had to open windows, and put the small desk fan on. However, the sound of busy Belfast streets left us without much sleep. Staff were lovely, but the company need to really invest in that building for it to retain its potential. Really close to main Belfast and bus station. "

"I stayed at Leonardo Hotel Belfast with my family during a busy weekend, and unfortunately the experience fell short. We booked a room for four (double bed + sofa bed) with city view, but had to move as the sofa bed was broken. The option presented was a smaller room (double + single bed) overlooking a noisy alley due to garbage and laundry activity. We understood the hotel was full, but it was a clear downgrade. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Despite requesting service, our room wasn’t cleaned until day two, and one staff member responded abruptly when we enquired “not my room”. When housekeeping did arrive, it was at 4pm—just as we returned to get ready for the evening and in the end wasn’t ever cleaned well. There were also basic comfort issues: the single bed was unstable and rolled when you sat on it, and we were initially given only one towel for a room meant for four guests. Finally, the in-room tech felt outdated. The smart TV wasn’t properly connected and didn’t allow access to streaming services like Netflix, which feels standard in most places. While we appreciate how busy the hotel was, these issues impacted our stay. Improvements in room maintenance, housekeeping responsiveness, and basic amenities would make a big difference."

"This hotel is in an excellent location near promenades, churches , restaurants etc. The room was clean. I love that they give you extra pillows They give you access to their in-house laundry facilities for 5 euro. It always helps the stay to have an informed and an attentive staff."

"Great location for walking too most of the things in Belfast. 20 minutes was the average walk to access really interesting trips and sights."
