"We made sure to get a "suite" with a king bed and a pull out couch to sleep our family of 4. We realized there was no bedding for the pull out couch in the room so we went down to the front desk. They gave us a sheet, blanket and 1 pillow. I asked for another pillow since there were 2 children sleeping on the bed. We were denied another pillow because they come in sets and are only allowed 1 set per room. My husband also got a noise complaint called into our room for the 2 kids and I walking down the hallway to the pool. The breakfast was extremely limited with fruit, omelet, pancakes (rubbery), and bread. We were there for a soccer tournament and got the impression they didn't like having children there. There were also only 2 towels in the bathroom even though I booked the room for 4 people for 2 nights. Overall it seems like the hotel makes it harder than it should be to get basic linens and bedding. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk requesting basics."
