"At last, a bathtub in Europe! The room was well appointed with sufficient lighting and bathroom space and features but there was no coffee maker in the room. And, the checkin process was a nightmare. There were about 40 people in line when we arrived. Even going through priority took about 20 minutes. It was after 9 pm and we were exhausted. I like the convenience of being at the airport because we had an early flight out the next day."

"Let's start with the positives. The staff vas helpfult and good. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel, but the deserts are just way to sweet, cut down on the sugar guys. The gym is very good and has everything you need for a nice exercise. The pool and sauna is nice but unfortunately very greedy and stupid to charge extra to use them. The hotel is already expensive and off location as it is, at least you should have the pool and sauna included in the price like every other hotel on planet earth, whats the point in visiting this hotel otherwise if you need to pay extra for almost everything except the room? Overall I would rate it a strong 3.5 because of the nice breakfast and staff."
