"Loved our choice to stay at the Hyatt Regency with Club Lounge access. Fabulous location to enjoy Vivid with easy access to Darling Harbour and Martin Place. Food in the Club Lounge was wonderful and meant we didn't even bother with dinner, just having lunches out. Would definitely stay again."

"This is a top class hotel conveniently located in the city. Our room was extremely clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels felt amazing. The service was excellent. The hotel is wheelchair friendly. The hotel has a bar to relax at downstairs near the foyer. And it has a superb restaurant. The hotel is located inside the former home of the oldest newspaper in Sydney. The hotel is one block from Wynyard railway station and the light rail service. And it’s several blocks south of popular ferry wharfs at Circular Quay. A new metro rail station will soon be opening across the road from the hotel, and it will offer easy access the fish market, Sydney Olympic Park and Parramatta. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"A lovely hotel, rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. It is less than a very easy 10 minute walk from Sydney domestic airport which is signposted all along the road. McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme doughnuts are next door. It is about a 15 minute walk from mascot train station but is definitely walkable, however we booked an Uber as we had luggage. Great hotel for an overnight stay."

"I was very disappointed at the beginning when checked in. I was told the upgraded room has been reserved and notes has been put in the system when I called your customer service. Unfortunately, it was not arranged. Very disappointed with it, especially with your hotel brand. I was taking my mum from overseas to watch Vivid and fireworks from your hotel. Fortunately, the lady helped me with check in (I forgot her name - she can speak bit of mandarin) was very helpful and professional. She showed empathy and found solution for me effectively. Even took me to check the room before I confirmed. She has been wonderful and super helpful. She made my stay with my mum was a great night! I am truly appreciated with her service!! Please pass my words to her! Thank you."
