"Clean room, affordable rate. No elevator which wasn't an issue for my husband and I but may affect others. Didn't have the breakfast but it looked and smelled amazing! I would stay here again."

"Outrageous price for a run-down, inaccessible hotel. Staff was great. have stayed in hotels all across the country, and this was by far the lowest-quality property I have ever encountered. We paid an astronomical $1,229 for a three-day stay, which is a ridiculous price considering the low quality. The only reason we stayed is because we had prepaid; otherwise, we would have left immediately. The physical property is run-down, looks dirty, and is incredibly old. The carpets are lumpy, the paint is peeling, and everything looks dingy. In the bathroom, the linoleum flooring was peeling up, and the bathtub drained so poorly that it filled with water while taking a shower. The towels were also heavily and visibly stained, though they did not smell bad. Additionally, there is no elevator and no ramp to access the second and third floors. The sole saving grace is the team. The staff was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They deserve praise, but management needs to drastically lower their prices or completely renovate this building. "

"Feet were black from how dirty the floors were, shower had cobwebs. Paid $200/night for a busy weekend in Miles City and think they’d clean it up for everyone. Never was told about a breakfast. Floors are so thin that you can hear the people above you speaking. Will not be back!"

"The hotel is located off the main street, and as you enter the parking lot, there are quite a few signs stating “park at your own risk,” with mentions of theft. Check-in went smoothly, the gentleman who assisted me was nice and professional. However, when I asked about the theft warnings, he explained that the signs were more about the possibility of cars being hit rather than stolen, which felt a bit unclear. The lobby had a very unpleasant smell, and unfortunately, that same odor carried into our room. The sheets were worn, and the bathroom clearly needed sweeping and a deep clean. I chose this hotel based on the photos online, but unfortunately, photos can’t capture smells and that made a big difference in our experience."
