Great place to stay, very clean and great place for families. The ski in/out was a little tough but doable if you don't have to young of kiddos

Very nice and accommodating house on the mountain which we shared with two other couples. This is our third year renting this house. The rent for three weekday nights is pricey and we did have to ask for luggage racks and a couple of other incidentals (including Kleenex) and we had hoped for a bureau in the master bedroom (and probably in the other bedrooms also) but all in all, we had a wonderful stay with excellent spring skiing and excellent food at the mountain pub café as well as the Rangely Inn and the Loon Lodge.

The place we rented was well equipped and very nice. It was advertised as ski in/out. That may be true earlier in the season to certain extent. We were looking for a reasonable ski in/out that gave us the opportunity to avoid the lodge. More clarity on the listing as to where u “ski to the lifts would be appreciated.

The house was very clean and has an extremely well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking and sharing our meals there. It is close to the base lodge so you could walk there if you wanted. The description says ski in/out and you’ll need to unclip to access trail however it was much more of a hike than expected, especially in ski boots, to get to and from the trail. Especially after a long day on the slopes. We managed ok but just an FYI. Overall it was a great long weekend with our family and we enjoyed our time there.

This home is one of the nicest I've stayed in. Very clean. Very well stocked kitchen. Great floor plan. The property managers are incredibly responsive. We had an issue with the coffee maker and within 30 minutes of contacting them we had a new coffee maker!! It is not ski in. You the "morning glory" trail to the base of the road and from there it is a 5 minute walk (up) the road. You can ski out if there is snow on the road or if you are brave and ski the trail that is behind the house. With enough snow you can ski right off the deck.

We did a long weekend at 49 Magalloway Loop over Feb break and were impressed with the accommodations. The house was very well stocked - tons of spices, oils, tin foil, laundry detergent, etc. Well equipped for cooking with lots of cutlery, glasses and plates. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed all the games located in the upstairs bedroom closet. Fireplaces were great. The realty company was super responsive and easy to get a hold of via texting which I appreciate. My only recommendation would be a little documentation on how to use the master bedroom tv. You have to stream from your device which is super easy but I had no idea that was the case, so we went the first night without tv. The shuttle service is also spotty - one day we called twice and waited over 45 minutes, eventually just driving ourselves to the lodge (which is only about a 2-5 minute drive but annoying with two kids and all our equipment). Morning glory trail was groomed and I used that one day to access the slopes but I wouldn't recommend it with smaller kids - it's very flat so you have to walk/push yourself quite a bit and you have to clip out of your skies to cross a road at one point. Overall we had a great stay and found the realty company super friendly and helpful.

Our stay here was everything we hoped for. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen is so very well appropriated with everything we could imagine needing. The location to the mountain is fabulous. We were 4 couples staying the weekend and everyone was impressed with the home. We have traveled together often and stayed in many places but this was our favorite, by far!

Very comfortable, clean, well kept house. Just not the easiest “ski in ski out”. More like a bit of a hike and ski in/out”

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The house had everything our family could ask for. The kiddos absolutely loved all the games and us adults loved the fully stocked kitchen. Over this vacation, our older girls even got to bake cookies and a birthday cake. We can't wait to come back next year!

This is right next to the Saddleback lodge so if you are looking for something in that area, this location is prime. Super disappointed with the exterior of the property. When we got there we thought we might have the wrong place because it appeared abandoned. All blinds closed, lawn was not mowed, no landscaping, exterior is molding, missing siding. For the price we paid we thought it just couldnt be it. We were however pleasantly surprised with the inside. It was spacious and had a nice open floor plan. The house was well stocked for the most part. Photos did do that part justice. We were a little discouraged with the $150 linen fee that only allowed for 1 towel per guest. That included using the extra linens that we finally found upstairs under a table. We were told door would be open. When we arrived everything was locked. Good thing the office was still open as I called the emergency after hours number and they never responded for 1.5 hours. I would recommend an earlier check in time (3pm) so that if this occurred again in the future guests would know they could contact the office. All in all a nice interior if you want to pay the money for just that. Access to saddleback would be its top feature.
