"We felt very welcome. Staff was very efficient, kind and helped us with all of our questions. We were welcomed with a choice of drink and bus pass valid during our stay. Breakfast was great. We did appreciate the third floor snack bar for late night munchies and availability of drinks without going out. The room was very clean and unique. We loved how the balcony overlooked the garden and we could get a breeze when we wanted. "

"Gorgous view of the mountains, helpful staff, and spacious rooms. You can buy tickets for the Zugspitze at the front desk and pay for the tickets at check out. The location isn't ideal for walking with luggage from the train station. Its about a 30 minute walk. However they will give you a city card for the bus network. Very happy with our experience and would happily stay again. "

"The Hotel Sailer is a gem in the central district of Innsbruck. I'm glad we happened to find it. It's small and well-run. There are several great climbing shops within a short walk and dining opportunities are plentiful. Love the hotel, we'll stay there again!"

"Great hotel very close the the old town and to the gondola that goes up the mountain above Innsbruck. Many excellent restaurants nearby. We’re definitely coming back."
