"The property was described accurately and is situated in a convenient location to access Folly Beach, nearby restaurants and grocery stores by car or bicycle. The Unit is located on the top floor with lovely views of the Marshes in two different directions. You get the setting sun in the evening. While we welcomed the air conditioning, we found the unit mounted on the wall outside of the bedroom noisy at night."

"Love this place! It is at a great location, just a few steps from the beach, Bert’s, Chico’s and very close to Center street. Covered parking, beach equipment, and a covered porch are some of the great things about this place. Love staying here!!"

"Everything was nice and clean. Only problem is it’s a 6 minute walk to the beach and longer if you’re carrying beach gear. It would’ve been a big problem if we had taken children."

"Enjoyed our stay. The unit was extremely clean. Everything was very orderly. Place was in tip top shape. I had contacted the hostess a few times with question, she got back to me very quick. The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels etc, very impressed..I have absolutely no complaints or any negatives. I will recommend to my friends and would stay here again."

"Beautiful apartment. Comfy beds and great linens. Walkable neighborhood and centrally located. Parking is a bit tight and the steps are steep but doable."

"This property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Many recent updates were noted and plenty of linens provided. The walk to the closest beach access was longer than expected. Parking at the beach boardwalks was limited. There were other amenities available if the beach was not an option. We did get to the beach and it was clean and spacious. The name of the property led me to believe that beach access was walkable. Not so much for an older person or if you were transporting beach equipment....

"We had a wonderful time; however, I do have 2 complaints. Maybe when stating the rules, ask anyone upstairs to be mindful of the people downstairs. The whole week all we heard was stomping back and forth all day. Even around bedtime. It was very distracting. Also we had a problem with ants in the kitchen. I want to say the condo was great and the view magnificent! Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."
