This apartment offers all the comforts for an unforgettable stay in Rapallo.The apartment is located on the sixth and last floor in the famous skyscraper of Rapallo. It is therefore in a very central position and at the same time very close to all points of interest and the historic center.A few steps from the house there are excellent restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors, supermarkets and various stores where you can find everything you need.The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to make our guests feel at home:★ In the KITCHEN you will find all the appliances and the necessary to cook just like at home: NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE and CAPSULE, TOAST, BOILER, MICROWAVE OVEN, FULL COOKER, REFRIGERATOR, pots and pans, plates, cutlery etc..★ Capsules for NESPRESSO coffee machine are available.★FREE CAR PARK in the same building ( max 5 mt x 2.10 mt x 2.10 mt )★The spacious living room has a comfortable reading corner with a large comfortable armchair.★The comfortable SOFA with a new SMART TV allows you to enjoy a well-deserved rest after walking.★The BEDROOMS are spacious, the beds have comfortable mattresses for a restful and pleasant sleep. The external shutters allow you to darken the whole room to sleep undisturbed by light.★The large full-height MIRROR allows you to comfortably get ready to explore Rapallo.★The bathrooms are modern and scrupulously clean: one with a shower and one with a bathtub and a very large mirror over the sink.★BATHROOM PRODUCTS and HAIRDRYER as well as TOWELS, LINEN AND COVERS are included.★ Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available free of charge, so you can do your laundry comfortably even when you are traveling.★The apartment has UNLIMITED AND FAST WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION to stay connected even during your stay in Rapallo.★ 3 powerful AIR CONDITIONERS, one in the living area and two in the bedrooms, to not suffer the heat during the summer.★The CONDOMINIUM HEATING in winter is very pleasant after spending the day walking through the streets of Rapallo.★UMBRELLAS are available in the apartment in case of rain.★ Before your arrival I will send you the WELCOME GUIDE: it is full of tips on where to eat, drink and shop, as well as practical information on how to get to the apartment and make the most of your stay in Rapallo. :-)★ Do you have other questions? Disappointing Genoa stay.

The central location in town is convenient however construction and traffic sounds begin at 7am. Tenement style apartment as well as building need upgrading. Parking is available but is a challenge even with a compact car.

Apartment in Rapallo

Great location in Rapallo, close to the train stations, the promenade, stores, restaurants and bars. Comfortable and clean, although a little noisy from the traffic below (even if it's on the 6th floor). A bonus in Rapallo is a dedicated and secure parking space in the covered garage attached to the building. Check-in process quick and easy. Management company was very quick to answer when we had a problem with air conditioning; they even provided us with extra fans while waiting for the technician to show up. It would have been great to have extra pillows for the beds and few more kitchen towels.
