We received a lovely welcome at the hotel and it's one of the best we've stayed in. Comfortable room, well appointed and the restaurant served great breakfast and dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is also in a great location.

View of the sea, beach and restaurants/people from the living room and balcony was amazing! Suite was nice and clean and modern. (TV in the bedroom did not connect to the internet and the regular channels. A minor inconvenience.) We watered the plant on the small balcony.

Natalia at the front desk will help you with everything. We stayed 5 days and loved our time there. Breakfast was included with our room and they made us an omelette, cappuccino and had a lovely breakfast from 7:30-10:30am available to us. Our last day they served us late because we checked out at 11am, so kind. We played uno everynight at the restaurant from 10:30- midnight and had cocktails and Orlando Grondona cookies. Walter Grondona who works the desk at the hotel met us and he was great to us, sent us to see his sister Miki in Santa Margherita, she owns a gelato store front. She treated us so well. We would recommended this hotel to everyone, it is like a family, they treat you so well. Make recommendations and help solve issues. There is an open market from 7am-3pm Thursday’s great buys. Loved this location, hotel and their staff.

Terrible

Terrible! Our worst hotel in Italy. Place is poorly remodeled and no very clean. The heater is loud like a motor running all night. We went to lunch and came back to ants in our bed and bathroom. The young man from reception blamed us even though we just brought our food in after lunch. Maintenance sprayed for bugs but after an hour nap the ants were back. We left the hotel and rented another hotel room down the road. We paid for two nights at RosaBianca and were not offered a refund for the night we did not stay.

Excellent concierge crew who greet you as you enter and leave every day, very pleasant conversations! Fantastic location. The room was sufficiently equipped. We would appreciate better instructions on how to adjust the thermostat as we ended up leaving the windows open each night to cool the room a bit more. Wouldn’t mind staying here again!

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul petit bémol est sur la propreté du sol de la chambre qui visiblement venait d'être refaite à neuf et le sol était poussiéreux à cause des travaux. Excellent séjour, de plus le personnel de l'accueil parlait très bien français !

We spent eight beautiful days in Rapalo. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional at all times room was beautifully decorated and met our expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and couldn’t say enough about the staff. Dinner was just OK at the restaurant. A bit overpriced for what we were served overall an excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again.
