The Rushmore Hotel & Suites, BW Premier Collection
The Rushmore is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Our only issue was that the AC did not work properly to keep a consistent temperature.

Hyatt Place Rapid City / Downtown
Great stay to celebrate a birthday. Staff placed flowers I ordered into the room ahead of time and when we arrived we were surprised with chocolate covered strawberries. The staff were excellent.

Town House Motel
Got to the motel around 8:30 to 9 PM. Door was locked with a piece of paper taped to the door, instructing me to call a number for help. I did, multiple times. No answer whatsoever. I had to find alternate arrangements.
