Lovely stay

Clean, cozy basement apartment with private entrance and parking. Self check-in and check-out. Arrived late at night and saw beautiful views in the morning. Would stay again!

Amazing stay

This property was truly a home away from home. Perfect location with tons of wildlife, great amenities, spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool. Would highly recommend!!

Great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The pool table was a hit with my 18 and 11 year old sons. We liked seeing the deer outside the door and all over the neighborhood. We took advantage of the community pool and basketball. The property provided everthing we needed and was very quiet and clean.

The Perfect Stop

Second day of our trip out west. Was such a good stop. Park available down the street for my 3 year old. We had a family of deer that greeted us upon arrival. Views were great. Would definitely stay again. So much to explore in the area we didn’t get to.

We really enjoyed the stay at the house. So cool to see wild geese and deer walk thru the back yard. There were a lot of snacks in the house too , thnks a Iot. I lost all the pool games but won all the dart games. Thank you for a very pleasant time.

Wonderful location. In a small community, but very private.

This house is wonderful! Very nice furnishings with a great view. We saw deer out the patio door every day. Our boys had a great time playing pool and darts and exploring the hillside.

Fantastic location and property

The rental was clean, well organized, and stocked well with all the essentials needed, which was really appreciated for a 3 week stay. Ryan was quick in responding to any questions we had....such as streaming and needing propane for the grill. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive into Rapid. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect location for our family South Dakota Trip!

My husband, daughter, dog and I loved it here! Beautiful back drop of the Black Hills. Convenient location for the tourists attractions, MT Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Custer State Park. Ryan was so friendly and communicated quickly if we needed anything. The neighborhood pool was perfect to cool off in when we got back. We would highly recommend staying here.

views are stunning & the place is quite nice

It was an excellent place to stay, not too far from the sites we wanted to see. Good wifi, spacious bedrooms, good shower & good kitchen for what we needed. The owner was always responsive. Our GPS wasn't too good--once you are on the road you have to go around the complex. Our GPS just bailed on us. Highly recommend this location!

Lovely Property

This property was perfect for our family. My husband and I took our two young grandsons. It was extremely clean and comfy. We enjoyed the pool table, and dart board. The location is great to see all the attractions. Ryan also was great! Responded immediately to any of our questions or requests . The property is truly lovely. Beautiful view with a lot of wildlife. We would stay here again.

Awesome Accommodation

This split level duplex was large in size for my family of five and two pups. Loved the grill, outdoor view, pool, basketball court, tennis court and all the small touches that the owner included. Everything was clean, had a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, fan, games for the kids and even treats on the counter. Easily accessible and about 60 minutes from Mt. Rushmore, but closer to Lake Sheridan where we rented a boat. Spent four days here and we loved it!

It’s a gorgeous property with beautiful nature. You can see different wildlife. Friendly place for small kids. Only negative is you can’t control ac and heat. It was freezing at night. Overall i will come back at hot summer.

Beautiful view, great place stay and great location right outside the city

First off Ryan and Angie were extremely accommodating with this rental as my trip plans had to change a lot due to my job and they still made it work. Their place was very nice with plenty of room. The view in the morning is priceless. It's just 8 miles from downtown but makes you feel like you are really out, which we loved! Would absolutely stay here again! The portable heater worked wonders to make it nice and warm since it is in a walk out basement. Thanks again for a great place to stay!
