We found this property spacious, comfortable and clean and tidy. The elevated sea view was lovely. The communication to book the property was excellent. It’s close to town and cafes and although not around Muri side of the island only a short travel and we enjoyed the privacy and ocean front right there without the crowds!! Perfect relaxing at this property.

Nice choice

We loved our stay. The crashing waves are very loud but you know that from listing. It was big and clean. Beds were comfortable andtheir was an ensuite bath. Great views and aircon if needed although great cross breeze through windows. Deck was great with some nice furniture but the slatted wooden handrail really cut down your view which was a shame. Villa 2 has this glass rail. Request it. Driveway access a little tricky. Overall a very nice time.

Property is right on the ocean but is a little hard to find at first. Its got everything you need and the owner is excellent to deal with. I highly reccomend this property if you are going to be staying in Rarotonga.

Amazing views and comfort centrally located

Views were amazing - close to everything and the staff was super responsive to all requests. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Sliding glass doors need to be leveled/fixed to seal fully with no gaps. very Comfortable beds. Modern interior - would stay again! The 3br is great for friends or family and having the 2 full large bathrooms was excellent. Access to Muri beach hotel and pool was added bonus- we liked the food there alot. Snorkeling is honestly better elsewhere on island due to lots of sharp coral at house - but nothing is very far away and we liked going somewhere new each day - its quiet and peaceful and the view/ sound of ocean is fantastic. We saw so many great things on our adventures. Do get a rental car to explore - and MUST take a day trip to Aitutaki as well with Air Rarotonga - highly recommend.
