  • After husking and grilling coconuts following amazing recipes I promised I won't disclose, we wanted some rest by the lagoon to enjoy the surroundings and incredible locals (those guys are absolutely amazing!!). We discovered this place slightly out of town but still at walking distance where we could enjoy the lagoon with Kayaks or even walking during low tide. We could enjoy the beaches on small islands facing the deck only inhabited by beautiful crabs. #LifeAtExpedia

Had a great week especially loved our visits from our dog friend next door called Renfro. The view from the villa was awesome only one issue could do with an air conditioner found it quite hot inside at night overall it was good

The property had everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean. Came across some staff who were very friendly and helpful. Had absolute privacy. Close to all amenties. I woke up to a spectacular ocean front sunrise each morning Highly recommend this property

Ocean watching delight

Very comfortable Villa with everything you need to be self sufficient. Spacious with a lovely deck looking out to ocean. Ocean breeze or fans to keep you cool. Window screens were great to keep out bugs. Ure was so helpful and when we had a maintenance issue she was on to it straight away. A very generous late check out was also much appreciated. Watched whales go past as we sat on the deck. Highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely with amazing views of the ocean. It was very spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. Whilst eating out in the area was limited if you don’t have a car. There was one place however called B&Js. Fantastic food over looking the ocean. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend

Best spot ever. Cant beat those beachfront views

Absolutely bea hfront spot. Lovely welcome to Rarotonga. Well.set up kitchen and fridge freezer. Loved our stay. Very happy Great waking to fresh coffee and sitting on breezy sunny deck admiring this paradise and watching the waves crash on the turquoise reef. We loved it and highly recommend!

Property manager amazing property itself not so much. There was no tv rang and one was brought down. No remote. Sorted remote but then no signal. Internet is crap there. Just get Starlink like other properties.

Terrible experience. We booked this property for five nights and only stayed two. We walked out and ended up paying for a resort on the island. The first two nights we got zero sleep due to barking dogs and the horrendously uncomfortable bed. We ended up trying to sleep on the floor on cushions from the outdoor furniture. When we return home, we requested a refund for the nights we didn’t stay and that was rejected. Won’t be booking via Wotif again.

Spacious, clean. Decor is modern, simple, classy, suitable for the climate and easy to keep clean and tidy. Just the couch could do with being more comfortable. Out-of-the-way location means transport needed for most places, but it's a small island. Unfortunate day 1 disaster, arrived 9pm, couldn't get in and had to find alternative accommodation.

if its privacy you are after this is for you , I did however have the whole place to myself this suited me fine After initial communications , this fell away quite badly Property manager did not seem to be very knowledgable about the place , couldnt answer some basis questions Tried contacting them only to discover had left for Auckland without advising . Laundry piled up without replacing , fortunately next door was unlocked so I managed to score fresh towels from here

We enjoyed our week long stay in Villa 1, just a couple of things worth mentioning, the unit could do with a bottle opener and the shower tends to spray all over the bathroom floor, and maybe a communal BBQ for all guests out front for cooking on, overall a great place to base ourselves, the KAPS store 150mtrs down the road is great too.

Spacious and modern great Seaside views great rooms the property Manager was very kind and exuded personality thankyou UraTamangaro our friends who stayed in other places also thought we had loverly modern accommodation I would recommend this place to family and friends for sure we will be back

Lovely Villa in a quiet spot

We stayed at #3 for 7 nights and we were very pleased with our accommodation! It was comfortable, private with beautiful views. The property manager was lovely and very helpful. It’s halfway between Muri and Avarua town so we are glad we got a car rental. The beach is not suitable for swimming, so we spent some time looking for spots - we took our own food but be mindful there is no oven there and no laundry facilities for guest use . Miri is only a 10 min drive to the night markets for food but get there good and early ! Overall it was a pleasant stay at Seaside Beachfront Villas and would stay there again!

Modern apartment right at the seafront

We had appartment 2 on the lower floor. It consist of a very big room containg kitchen, lounge area, bed an a lot of extra space, plus a additional bathroom. It seemsbro be quite new and is built in a quite modern style. Loction is good as well. If you have a scooter it is just a short drive to Muri and also Avarua is not to far away.
