"Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. All the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Lexington restaurant was amazing. Great pool areas which would suit either couples or families. Can’t wait to go back again soon! "Nice hotel, fortunately with an adults pool as there were a lot of children. Food was good. Gym good although lacking a few machines I'm used to. Sauna area good too. There is a buggy service to get you around the resort. As previous reviewers mentioned there are just not enough of them so you find yourself hanging a round waiting a lot. And in 40+ temperatures that's not fun. It's a bit dissapointing because the management must clearly be aware of this from previous reviews."

"I recently stayed at this property with my family and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the property was very clean. They also had great entertainment options for both kids and adults, which is a nice touch. However, I was a very disappointed with the food and drinks. While there was plenty of variety, we all found the taste of everything was very bland and the brands of drinks were of cheap quality. It would be great if they could improve the quality of their food and drinks to match the high standard of their staff and property. Overall, it was a good stay but the food and drinks could definitely use some improvement."
