Our room had AC problems that were not properly resolved, and despite our child being sick and missing two nights, the hotel refused to change date of our stay. Communication between the hotel and Expedia was also extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service and not the experience we expected from an Iberostar property. Would not recommend."

I rather have a moroccan staff for the animation so it's more flavored, if I wanted more latinos animation, I would have travelled elsewhere ;-)"
